FV Everleigh is a queer preacher’s kid in Los Angeles. After years as an award winning Christian rock star, FV toured the globe producing acclaimed burlesque shows with a world famous stripper. They eventually moved into John Wayne’s favorite New Orleans brothel and adopted the name Everleigh in tribute to sisters who ran an opulent Chicago bordello in 1900. In addition to training at UCLA, FV has a Television Writing Certificate from Writing Pad LA and is a Roadmap Writers TOP TIER writer. His scripts have placed in the ScreenCraft, Roadmap and Inroads Fellowship competitions. He has a collection of short stories and a novel both being published in 2022 and is a guest contributor to DirtySexyHistory.com. Twenty years surrounded by sex-positive women, outré artists and circus misfits has informed FV’s sexually subversive, morally murky, visually yummy stories where marginalized protagonists win...eventually.

So, I started thinking, this might be a fun little gift for the holidays.

Getting intimate with you…

I’d like to take a moment and share with you something very personal and exciting. For the last year, I’ve been thinking about putting together a show that is more daring, more intimate, more vulnerable than anything I’ve done before. I enjoy performing for you so much and I want to keep upping the stakes.

I’ve been resonating on words like “luxurious”, “d

aring”, even “dangerous” – things that will take my naked artistry to the next level.

So here it is. This is the announcement many of you have been waiting for. Spend your Valentine’s weekend with me as I debut Le Nu (naked) at Carnivale. This is not a huge theater show. It is an intimate, personal – almost private – show for only a few dozen guests.

Le Nu is a European-inspired evening where guests will be immersed in the sumptuous surroundings of Carnivale’s Samba Room and served decadent desserts while me and a hand picked collection of amazing musicians, dancers, absurdist clowns and more entertain you. Beyond that, I dare not share the indulgent details of this steamy show. You’ll have to be there to find out. Trust me, you will never be the same.

It is the perfect addition to your romantic plans for Valentine’s weekend. I hope to see you there!

Studio L’amour is OPEN!

Studio L’amour is now open at 4001 N Ravenswood Suite 205. All new classes begin this week in this beautiful new space. Registration is now available for Fan Dancing, Basic Burlesque, and Teasin’ & Pleasin’. The props for Teasin’ & Pleasin’ will be nighties and gloves.

Also, check out the new workshops for May. May 3 is Make & Shake where you learn to make pasties and then twirl tassels. May 9 is a very special Mother-Daughter burlesque workshop. What a great Mother’s Day gift! Champagne included!
