Power. Purpose. Passion. Pleasure.

This year has been nothing short of intense. I lost all of my regular work as a live performer and producer, but I have gained a new relationship with myself. A relationship that is rich with power, purpose, passion and pleasure.

I have found that in connecting to my divine femininity in an intentional way, I am more grounded in my thoughts and desires. Sure, I have bad days, but even on those bad days, I can FEEL my deep connection within myself.

This year, I developed an 8 week course called P*$$Y Confidence. The course is designed to help you shed layers of doubt, fear, shame and apology. I like to think of it as a Spiritual Striptease, or a SpiritualiTEASE. In the course of my career, these have been the most important layers to remove. I then created a new costume, or the Goddess’ New Clothes, that are made of vulnerability, power, strength and love.

My life has been changed for the better. My students’ lives have opened up to new possibilities of connection within themselves and also within this new community of sisterhood.

Betty White is Right

In our world, the word P*$$Y is used as an insult to signify that someone is weak. Or afraid. It is the ultimate insult for a man and it diminishes the power of such a beautiful body part that is capable of creating life and limitless pleasure.


The P*$$Y is magic and mystery. Here is what I believe it stands for:

P – Presence – Grounded in connection to the divine

U – Unapologetic – Confidently takes up their space and recognizes that they do not need to apologize for possessing thoughts, words, feelings, opinions and desires. Only apologizes for mistakes.

S – Speaks desire – Can confidently say ‘I WANT’ and believes their worth


S – Self love – Acknowledges that falling in love with themselves is the most important relationship and nurtures that relationship with self care and pleasure


Y – Yes is LIFE – Knowing that saying YES to themselves sometimes requires saying NO to others


This just in…according to the above definition, I am a P*$$Y! Let’s take this word back! Let’s take back our power!

Look Down There

I have started a new initiative called Look Down There. This is a reaction to my own shame that I have carried surrounding my own vulva. So many of us walk around with this shame and fear, worried about if we are normal or not. My goal is to reduce the shame in vulva owners and increase self love.
