That’s right! I’m back for more LIVE workshops in Chicago on August 22nd at Arabesque Dance Studios. This space is GORGEOUS and has plenty of room for social distancing during class.
I will be teaching a class called OVER DRIVE, which is all about raw power! Tapping into our inner rock Goddess! And then, I’m returning with Fempowered Flow. This class is so delicious. It will leave you feeling high. I’m NOT joking!

FEMPOWERED FLOW: 1:15-2:15: JUNE 26: ARABESQUE DANCE STUDIOS (3120 W Belmont)
Fempowered Flow is my newest class that is aimed at exploring feminine energy in a non judgmental way. Meaning, we focus on removing our self judgment and look to become agents of self discovery. This class is done without a mirror and focuses on the inner gaze (observation) instead of the public gaze. We will move through Goddess poses in a slow, meditative and repetitive way and focus on our breath. This class does not focus on performative movement. Instead, we embrace sensation and search for pleasure in our body. FEELING good is the main objective here. Class size is limited. Masks required for those that are not vaccinated. Class is open to ALL those that want to explore feminine energy. REGISTER
I am heading to Chicago at the end of the month for my first LIVE performance since March 2020 and my first LIVE class! I can’t believe it!
On June 24, I’ll be dancing at Untitled. Showtime is 7:30pm. The show is FREE but you must call to make a reservation.
On June 26, I’ll be teaching 2 workshops at Arabesque Dance Studios. The first will be The Art of the Slow Burn. Here we will learn to stand in our greatness and really be with the audience. The second class is Fempowered Flow. This is my newest class offering. The focus here is on self discovery and love. The movements will evoke the poses of the Goddess and the aim of the class is to tap into your own feminine energy. You can choose to take one class or take both classes at a discount.
