If I don’t say it often enough, thank YOU! I appreciate you being a fan and for your support over the years. I would not have a job if it weren’t for you. I love bringing you entertainment and instruction but to me, it’s more than that. It’s about a connection. I love hearing from you and seeing you at class or at shows. You are special to me and I deeply value you. I’m biased but I think my fans are the BEST fans.

Michelle L’amour’s acclaimed “Tease-N-Tone” class shows you how to work your body like a burlesque beauty in a way that makes exercising both fun and sexy. You will learn low-impact burlesque cardio routines and then tone and stretch at the end of class. Please wear gym shoes and bring a mat.

Take a moment and indulge in yourself. This class is filled with slow, graceful, sensual movements all done in candlelight, the sexiest of all lights. It is a relaxing moving meditation that will leave you feeling tingly all over! No experience necessary.
