If I don’t say it often enough, thank YOU! I appreciate you being a fan and for your support over the years. I would not have a job if it weren’t for you. I love bringing you entertainment and instruction but to me, it’s more than that. It’s about a connection. I love hearing from you and seeing you at class or at shows. You are special to me and I deeply value you. I’m biased but I think my fans are the BEST fans.

I hope that you all have a stress free holiday. That’s certainly my goal! To help with that goal, I’ll be teaching 2 workshops at Studio L’amour on Sunday. Plan on sweating and stretching out any of your Thanksgiving woes! We’re in this together!

Tryptophan got ya trippin’? Work out that turkey and feel guilty no more during the holidays! Tease ‘n’ Tone will get you moving, toning and sweating!

Michelle L’amour’s acclaimed “Tease-N-Tone” class shows you how to work your body like a burlesque beauty in a way that makes exercising both fun and sexy. You will learn low-impact burlesque cardio routines and then tone and stretch at the end of class. Please wear gym shoes and bring a mat.

Nov 26 – Sensual Movement – 6:45-7:45 – Register

Take a moment and indulge in yourself. This class is filled with slow, graceful, sensual movements all done in candlelight, the sexiest of all lights. It is a relaxing moving meditation that will leave you feeling tingly all over! No experience necessary.

Los Angeles Leg Show

I’m heading back to Los Angeles for another workshop on Nov 14th at Evolution Dance Studios! This time, it’s all about the gams!

Leg Show all about elongating the leg lines. You will learn about body and leg positioning for a stellar clean line. We will also tackle the illusive thigh high and heel removal! Please bring a pair of thigh highs and heels for the choreography.

Chicago Workshops

I’m happy to announce that I’m bringing back 2 workshops to Studio L’amour on Oct 15th!

First, is Booty Lab! Learn all my tricks and tips for highlighting the bootius maximus! We’ll work on shimmies, isolations, bouncing and toning. Register

Then, it’s time for Sensual Movement, an entire class done in candlelight. This is a beautiful class full of soft, graceful movements. The purpose is to achieve and sensual movement meditation. It’s not about getting the choreography right. It’s just about feeling good! Register
