These are videos that I have shot and edited myself. As you can see, they all have a different style but they are all me. Working on these videos has taught me about how I want to see myself. I spent a long time doing videos as I would want others to see me, sometimes feeling pressured to please the one behind the camera. This left me feeling angry and resentful. Doing these videos was a way to take that back! And I want to share this empowering experience with you.
My training as a dancer and intimacy coordinator makes me the perfect collaborator for your project. Before we begin shooting we will discuss what style and vibe you want, costuming, music and what makes you most comfortable on camera.
This is consent centered work. Everything you do on camera will be your choice and I will be supporting that all along the way. You never have to do anything that you don’t want to do or are not comfortable with. I will be your coach and giving you as little or as much direction as you want.
I will work with you on angles and capture your most brilliant self in the way that YOU see yourself. You see, this isn’t about the male/patriarchal gaze. This is about YOU and how you want to see yourself.
Videos can be used for personal and professional use. They will never be shared without permission.
