We’re off to see the wizard!

We are starting to see the slow reopening of some businesses in our cities, and this is good. I hope that the numbers of affected people will continue to decrease even as things reopen. But, even as businesses test the waters, the live performer is still without work. We are not sure when any live performances will begin again, and until we know more, we will continue to produce Quarantine Cabaret.

Today, we are thrilled to release Episode 17. We have amazing acts from the UK, LA and OZ! I also take you on a very special trip to my top-secret storage bunker to perform my act “Stripping Away” just for you. Hey, it wouldn’t fit in my living room, so we found a way! I will stop at nothing to create magic for you. Watch now!

Quarantine Cabaret

I promised you some entertainment in this pandemic and I’m delivering on that promise today! I now present to you, QUARANTINE CABARET!

This idea was planted on Monday and we’ve been working so hard to get this out to you today! The response from performers around the world has been amazing! We are going to have many episodes to come, as LA was just put on lockdown until April 19th.  My living room is now a production studio!
Our hearts are warm from the video submissions we have received and we are so happy to bring you top tier entertainment from all over the world.
The episodes are free to watch. As artists, we have been hit very hard by this pandemic. Many of us don’t have 401Ks or other adult things in place for times like these. The gig life is a tough life. On a normal day, we don’t know where our next paycheck is coming from, but now we REALLY don’t know. We understand that many people, not just artists, have been hurt financially due to recent events, which is why we wanted this to be a free experience. However, if you do have a little extra, we ask that you venmo or paypal @quarantinecabaret. Be sure to include the episode number in the memo line. All the donations will be split among the performers that are featured in each episode. If you cannot donate, please share. Get this out there! The only thing artists like more than money is validation! Spread the word!

Pretty Funny June 26

Pretty Funny is in ONE week!

 JUNE 26 at The Virgil – 8pm

The cast is amazing (as per usual). Dancing along with me is Jake DuPree and Miss Miranda. And we’ve got a Pretty Funny debut of Feng Chao along with the Puterbaugh Sisters and old friend of the show, Kenny DeForest! All hosted by the fabulous Natasha Estrada! Chicago/LA events

Ok people. There is a lot going on so try to keep up with this one! I’m headed to Chicago for a few days and would love to see you there, but don’t worry LA! I’ve got things planned for you too!

May 16 – Opening of Unbridled ROCKS at Untitled in Chicago 9pm

May 18 – Naked Girls Reading Chicago: Girls Gone Oscar Wilde 8pm  – TIX

May 18 (yes, this is a big day) – I’ll be doing Butthoven at Comedy Cabaret at the Comedy Bar at 11pm! TIX

Then, I return to LA in the early morning of the 19th and I’m back at the studio with a fan dance workshop where you will learn how to remove gloves and bras while also fan dancing. Fans will be available to borrow but if you have your own, please bring those.

May 19 – FANtasy Workshop 2:30-4pm at Fit and Bendy Studios –  REGISTER

I will have a brief moment to catch my breath and then Pretty Funny returns with its monthly residency at the Virgil. This show features TOP burlesque and stand up comedy.
